Four Dimensions of Growth
Every milestone in SPC's roadmap falls within one of four strategic pillars — each essential and interconnected in the pursuit of the Club's long-term vision.
Generating at least GH₵ 1,500,000 in cumulative revenue and maintaining a current account of at least GH₵ 750,000 by January 2034. This includes establishing an agriculture enterprise and value-adding subsidiary ventures, with annual revenue targets of GH₵ 50,000 within five years of operation, scaling to GH₵ 150,000 thereafter.
Building a structured, coordinated SPC community of at least 50 proactive members, gaining legal recognition, establishing at least two lucrative businesses, and cultivating impactful servant leadership — including progressive engagement with the Ghanaian political space to sustain and protect the SPC vision.
Expanding social interventions to cover NHIS fee renewal for at least two prescribed family relatives per member, healthcare cost support for NHIS gaps, zero interest loans for housing, education and skill acquisition, and low interest loans and employment support to promote entrepreneurship among members.
Launching the official SPC website and mobile application to consolidate Club records and promote real-time accountability, probity and transparency. Building a complete digital ecosystem including a member portal, internal dashboard, and integrated records system by January 2034.

Living Blueprint
The 10-Year Progressive Plan is a living document. The performance of each plan period is formally tabled and reviewed not later than four months before the close of that period, with findings used to inform and refine the plan of action for subsequent years. This ensures the blueprint remains relevant, responsive and grounded in the Club's actual institutional progress.
"The Shifting Point Club vision to realise a befitting Ghanaian ecosystem is one that cannot be left to ordinary imagination or business as usual — but must be subjected to a blueprint that provides details of the targets and milestones to be attained in pursuit of realising the vision."
