SPC is a private member-driven organisation that combines a leadership forum, financial cooperation structure, and social intervention initiative into one purposeful institution, operating with a long-term vision not just for its members, but for Ghana.

The Ghana We Are Building Towards
The Shifting Point Club exists to help Ghana reach a future defined by zero corruption, effective leaders, patriotic and responsible citizens, quality infrastructure, sound policies and laws, and a high standard of living for all.
That vision is not left to chance. Between 2024 and 2034, we are working toward five founding commitments: sustainable enterprises to support our work; a permanent operational home with formal legal standing; an active community of members across Ghana; the next generation of effective, principled leaders; and a lasting, constructive presence in Ghana's civic life.
Alongside these, we are building the systems that hold us accountable, including this website, part of our commitment to real time transparency with our members, and expanding practical support for the people who make up our community: healthcare cost assistance, zero interest loans toward housing and education, and incentives for members who lead by example.
- 2024-25Research and sponsor volunteering members to agriculture enterprises to gather intelligence for establishing an SPC agriculture venture
- 2028Establish SPC agriculture enterprise with value-adding subsidiary ventures targeting at least GH₵ 50,000 annual revenue within five years of operation
- 2031-32Agriculture enterprise achieving at least GH₵ 150,000 annual revenue with operational value-adding subsidiaries fully active

Meet Our LeadershipConstitutional Principles
- The Club abides by democratic principles, and lets the knowledge of its members have a liberal effect on society.
- The Club is determined to secure the welfare of society, and to foster solidarity and fraternity.
- The Constitution is supreme, and it governs all stakeholders of the organisation.
- Accountable and transparent measures are introduced to prevent any form of corrupt or illegal activity by stakeholders, both within the Club and beyond it.
- Discrimination is suppressed, and the interests of Club members are protected without prejudice.
A Private, Structured Community
SPC operates as a structured private club: defined membership processes, shared values of discipline and cooperation, and a long-term commitment to collective progress.
Private does not mean opaque. SPC values transparency, publishing its mission, programmes, leadership and milestones openly while keeping internal matters private out of respect for member privacy and operational responsibility.
